Vinyasa means to “move in a particular direction”. This flowing style of yoga moves from one pose to another linking the breath to each movement. You will feel lighter, stronger, more flexible, and relaxed!
What do you need? Yoga mat, Yoga Strap or belt, 2 yoga blocks if available, maybe a blanket to add support in seated and reclined poses
