Group Yoga Classes in Severna Park

From our Severna Park yoga studio, we offer outdoor and indoor yoga classes for those who enjoy the energy and community of an in-person class. These unique and intimate classes provide a wide variety of yoga styles to suit everyone! When the weather is warmer (55+ degrees), we are able to come together on the patio to connect with our bodies and minds. During the colder months, take your practice inside the NEW Indoor Studio with heated floors!

How: Enter the Backyard through the gate to the right of the garage. (there is a black Backyard Yoga Sign)

Indoor classes, enter the blue door at the back of the garage. outdoor classes, proceed to the Backyard patio.

WHEN: Please plan on arriving 5-10 minutes before the start time to allow for time to roll out your mat. Classes fill quickly, so sign up today!

Gentle Yoga

Roll out your mat and join us for these gentle and flowing classes designed to increase relaxation and flexibility. We will move at a slower pace while emphasizing the breath.  Perfect for the first-timer or experienced yogi. Be gentle with yourself, you won’t regret it! This class is a comfortable 75-80 degrees when held indoors.

Warm Vinyasa

Vinyasa means “to move in a particular direction”. Join me on the mat for one hour of vinyasa to get you breathing, moving and connecting! This class is more vigorous, but modifications will be offered. You won’t regret getting out of bed for this one! This class is heated to a warm 85-90 degrees when held indoors.

yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga combining traditional Indian and Chinese medicine. Reclined and seated poses are held for longer periods of time targeting the deepest tissues of the body. The emphasis is on connective tissue-fascia, ligaments, joints, tendons, discs. Yin Yoga improves energy, reduces pain, increases flexibility, prevents injury and reduces stress.

Slow Flow Vinyasa is like a synchronized dance of poses and breaths! Bringing the element of time to your practice so you don’t feel rushed. This class is appropriate for all levels form Beginners to Advanced! Take some time for yourself and sign up for Slow Flow! This class is a comfortable 75-80 degrees when held indoors.

It’s mid-week and time for a reset and refresh! Join us for mindful breath-work, gentle movement, and stretches that will leave you feeling relaxed and calm. Wednesdays from 7-8pm September 11-October 16th.
