Somatic Yoga blends traditional Hatha Yoga with Somatics (mind body integration). This is an amazing practice filled with gentle, repetitive moves that are linked with breath to leave you feeling less stressed, more flexible, and more in touch with your body. This practice is for everyone-athletes, seniors, beginners, and experienced yogis.
What do you need? Yoga Mat, 1-2 Blankets (yoga blankets or throw blankets), yoga blocks if available
